01Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you and Codecrafix (“Codecrafix”, “we”, “us” or “our”) governing your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, games and related services (together, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Services.

02About Codecrafix

Codecrafix is an independent technology studio founded by Vivek Barman and based in Satna, Madhya Pradesh, India. We design, build and publish mobile applications and interactive games, and provide publishing, deployment and marketing services that take digital products from concept through to live release.

03Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. If you are under 18, you may only use the Services with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

By using the Services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and that you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

04Permitted Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for their intended purpose. This includes:

• browsing our website and learning about our services and portfolio;
• downloading and playing our games and applications through the authorised marketplace that distributes them;
• contacting us about a project, partnership or support request; and
• sharing links to our public pages and content for lawful, non-commercial purposes.

05Prohibited Conduct

When using the Services, you agree not to:

• copy, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of our software, except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
• remove, obscure or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notice;
• use cheats, automation software, bots, hacks or unauthorised third-party tools to interact with our games or applications;
• interfere with, disrupt, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, servers or networks;
• use the Services to transmit malware, spam, or any unlawful, harassing, defamatory or infringing content;
• impersonate Codecrafix, its founder or any of its representatives; or
• use the Services in any way that violates applicable law or the rights of any third party.

06Intellectual Property

All content made available through the Services — including source code, object code, game assets, artwork, user interfaces, designs, text, graphics, logos, brand names and the “Codecrafix” name and mark — is owned by or licensed to Codecrafix and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

6.1 Your materials

You retain ownership of any content, specifications, assets or materials you provide to us. By providing them, you grant us a limited licence to use them solely for the purpose of delivering the Services you have requested.

07Client Engagements & Proposals

These Terms govern general use of our website and published products. Any bespoke development, design, publishing or marketing engagement is governed by a separate written agreement, statement of work or accepted proposal between you and Codecrafix.

Where a separate agreement exists, that agreement prevails over these Terms to the extent of any conflict. Project scope, timelines, milestones, fees, payment schedules, revision limits and intellectual-property assignment for delivered work are defined in that document.

08Applications, Games & Distribution

Our applications and games are distributed through authorised third-party application marketplaces, such as the Amazon Appstore. Your download, installation and use of a title is additionally subject to the terms, policies and review conditions of the marketplace through which you obtained it.

We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue any title, feature or service level at any time, including to address security, compatibility, legal or platform-policy requirements. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice of material changes that affect how you use a product.

09Purchases, Licences & Virtual Items

Where a title offers paid content, in-application purchases or virtual items, those transactions are processed by the relevant marketplace and are subject to that marketplace’s payment, billing and refund terms. We do not process card details ourselves.

Virtual items and in-application content are licensed to you, not sold. They have no monetary value outside the product, are non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for cash or transferred between accounts except where the platform expressly permits it.

10YouTube Channel & Community Content

We publish development content, tutorials and build documentation through our official YouTube channel. Your use of that platform is governed by its own terms of service and community guidelines.

We welcome questions, feedback and suggestions. By submitting comments, ideas or feedback to us through any channel, you agree that we may use them without restriction or obligation to you. Please do not send us confidential information or unsolicited creative proposals through public channels.

11Third-Party Links & Services

The Services may contain links to third-party websites, marketplaces and platforms, including our official store listings and community channels. These links are provided for your convenience.

We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, availability or practices of any third-party site or service. Accessing a third-party service is at your own risk, and we encourage you to review its terms and privacy policy before use.

12Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Codecrafix disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected. You use the Services at your own discretion and risk.

13Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Codecrafix, its founder, employees, contractors and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

This applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

14Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Codecrafix and its founder, employees, contractors and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• your breach of these Terms;
• your misuse of the Services; or
• your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

15Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, if we are required to do so by law or platform policy, or if we discontinue the relevant Service.

You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification and governing law — will continue to apply.

16Copyright & Takedown Requests

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. If you believe that content made available through the Services infringes your copyright, please send us a written notice that includes:

• identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
• identification of the allegedly infringing material and enough information for us to locate it;
• your name, email address and other contact details;
• a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised; and
• a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf.

17Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Subject to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that apply in your country of residence, you and Codecrafix agree that the courts at Satna, Madhya Pradesh, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services.

18Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, our practices or the law. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.

Your continued use of the Services after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should stop using the Services.

19General Provisions

• Severability — if any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
• No waiver — our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
• Assignment — you may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights freely.
• Entire agreement — these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any separate written agreement for paid work, constitute the entire agreement between you and Codecrafix regarding the Services.
